FINAL REPORT
The IHGC requests an informal follow-up report of your event, due no later than one month after the completion of your project/event. General guidelines for the report are:
-1-3 pages, or as needed.
-Details of the speakers and topics
-Any new ideas or results or initiatives resulting from the symposium
-How many people attended overall?
-Anything else you may think of that would point to results and achievements?
-Please insert at the end a sentence or two about what the IHGC’s funding enabled you to do and what value-added effect or result that funding had, if any.
This information is helpful for our annual report, as well as in any required reporting the University may require.
YOUR FINAL TIMELINE & CONTACTS: No later than one month after the conclusion of your event/project, this report should be forwarded to BOTH the IHGC Director, Debjani Ganguly, dg4vd@virginia.edu, AND IHGC Program Manager Anne Gilliam, alg2u@virginia.edu. For further information, contact Anne Gilliam at alg2u@virginia.edu.
